Work stuff : Competency Base Human Resources Management ( CBHRM )

Today I want to share my experience at recruiting employee.
But I realize that my experience is yet very swallow.
So please share your opinion too on this.

When recruiting someone to the organization, some still use the
traditional approach. Yet, this approach is still use full.
But as we go more global, several new approach is added.

My last three company using the CBHRM ( Competency Base Human
Resources Management ) as a tools for managing people.
For me, this tools give a chance to fit between someone competency and
organization needs.
The concept of " smart people " or " dumb people " in my opinion is out of date.

Every employee at the organization had " unique " ability that if we can identify
that and let that people use that ability at is best, we will find a great results.

For now, i want to share the topics " employee selection & development cycle ".
This material i learned from several third party training experts. Special thanks to
MIGAS and AB consultant for this material.

There are 15 steps that create this cycle. I'll go there one by one.
First step is IDENTIFY THE POSITION.

For some organization position is already identified.
Clerk, salesman, chief security is some common position.
We can use existing position or create a new one.
In this first step, we're not creating any task yet.
Just think about a position we think we need and discuss it with other department.
Also think about the name for the position.

Finished the first step ? Let's go to the second step....
