Dear blogger ;
Yesterday is the day remembered by the Tibetan as the day they fail to free the region from Chinese Army at 10 March 1959. Since then, their spiritual leader ( Dalai Lama ) has been exiled to India.
This event start from 1950 when the Chinese Communist Army first entering the Tibet's land. One year after occupation, the China Government propose a 17's points of agreement to hand over the occupation back to Dalai Lama. Dalai Lama and his follower refuse it and at 1959 a massive rebellion's exploded. The Chinese Army counter the attack and forced Dalai Lama and 80.000 of his follower to flee to India.
In this event, thousands of Tibet people died. After that event from 1966 to 1976 as many as 2.000 Tibet's temple has been destroyed all over the region.
Dalai Lama won the Noble Prize for freedom at 1989 at since today continued to fight for Tibet freedom from the PRC ( People Republic of China ). His follower and many supporting groups ( specially the Buddhist group ) are often set a protest rally to force the Chinese Army out of the region.
But the spokesmen from the Foreign Minister of PRC said that many of what Dalai Lama spoken is lies. " For the last 50 years, the Tibet peoples has witnessed a enormous change of economic, politics and culture that lead to prosperity. The population also grow from 1,2 million people at 1959 to 2,87 million at 2008. "
Later, Tenzin Gyatso ( the 14th Dalai Lama ) agreed that Tibet may under the PRC government with special autonomy that give culture and religion a bigger room of development's.
I hope that both sides could sit down together with peace and do their best effort for the prosperity of Tibet's people.
