Work stuff : Career goals in 2008 for the Philippinos

What is your career goals ? Get your dream job ? Saving to do own business later ?
I bumped in to a survey done by JobsDB and find an interesting fact regarding career goals.
This survey take place in Philippine and placed at JobsDB website front page.

45 % percent of people choose that GET YOUR DREAM JOB as their career goal.
Each employee had they own dream job. So I personally think this 45 % share is relevant.

Surprisingly that 27 % choose WORK AND LIVE IN OTHER COUNTRY as their goal.
From my experience in Indonesia, very few of my coworkers or friends had this goal.
What is the driven factor ? Since I've been told that the average salary their is high enough.
Or maybe Singapore or Hongkong can give better live and work environment ?

13 % work to became boss . To gather experience and resources that needed to open own business. Also to build the network that needed to sign up a business.

The rest 16 % divided into 4 goals including get promoted, get master's degree, succeed in freelancing and retired with a lot of money.
