This year Maxis as the developer of Spore game enriched their official website of Spore by adding the API section.

In this section you can develop your own Spore creatures/features like their said at the web site : Here at Maxis, we're working on some features to help the community create their own Spore applications. We're collecting these features into a web-based Spore API. Using simple web services, you can access our huge database of creations and creators. Check out the gallery to see apps made with the Spore API. The documentation section has reference sheets and samples to get you started. If you have questions, feedback, or want to announce your awesome app, head over to the forum.

When we check the gallery , several awesome apps already there such as :

1. Spore Skeletons ( the winner of API contest )
2. Achievement List
3. Spore View ( like wiki )
4. Screen savers, Smiley, iPhone Apps and more.

The forum is also huge. With some topics have more than 10.000 views.

This breakthrough will invite developers to create their own Flash / php / Python / Processing / Mathematics / anything apps utilizing their database of creature creations.

Gaming is much - much more convincing this day. Regards ;

Fun stuff : Three small PC Game

Nearly every day, new PC game released to the market. The game now is more complex than before. With excellent graphic and sound, good story-line and easy game-play; gaming freak can satisfied their desire for good gaming experience.

But a simple game to refresh your working hour is also good. Here I want to share three small PC Game ( not more than 5 MB ) than I find interesting.

First is Icy Tower. You can download it here.
Very simple but addicted game. How far can you go ? Here is the screen shoot :















The next is Chicken Invaders. Nice game with better graphic.
The control is a little bit harder than the Icy Tower, but still easy to handle.

Fun stuff : Original Indonesia Strategy Game

Gaming is my hobby. PC, PS, Mobile Phone, you name it. To be honest, very rare I stumble upon a great game from Indonesia's game makers. But i find this game very interesting. It call " 13 kerajaan " or " 13 kingdoms ".

Developed by Mr David Setiabudi from Divinekids Association, this strategy game is a multi player strategy game for up to 13 people at 1 PC. Still need improvement, but overall it is a great game.

Here some screen shoot from Mr David original website. The graphic is fine and a bilingual text is for you to choose. This game is best played by 3-5 people.

Fun stuff : Using Nokia 5320 Express Music

Today using a cellphone is common for almost every kind of people. From CEO to a Cleaning Service Crew working at the same building. Basic function for make a phone call and sending Short Message Service are enjoyed by all the users. With technology growth, additional function and style recognition begin to fill the new handset.

For me beside the basic function, gaming and listening to music are two important tasks a cellphone must capable to. When go to Internet and office application, for me a laptop is much more convenience.

After using Soner for quite some time, I decided to try the new budget phone from Nokia. The 5320 express music. A few thing that made me interest to this phone :

1. It's a new series, launch no more than 4 months before.
2. It's at an average price. 230 Us Dollar and you got the complete pack with 1 GB memory card a free download from official nokia - universal music website.
3. It's a HDSPA phone. So I can send and receive Multi Media Message more quick.
4. The resolution is the best for now. 16 million colour.
5. Support N-Gage. Yummy....
6. Dedicated music player button for pause, rewind and fast forward.
7. Available in blue colour. My favourite colour.

After using it for almost a month, my review is :

1. Camera 2 mp is quite good. Since I rather take a picture with my digital camera. The twin flash made indoor picture look nice.
2. Ideal for gaming. Surely before you can afford to buy a new N series with more screen size.
3. Listening for music via headset is awesome. But with the original speaker the quality of the sound is not what I expected. Average.
4. Watching video clips is satisfying. Thanks for the screen resolution.
5. Testing the HDSPA capability, I have a problem with the network. Not at the best performance at my town.

So, for the budget concern for complete cellphone that launch recently, this 5320 series is sure to be consider.

Dear readers ;

Are you playing Game Boy Advanced ? At console or at PC ?

Me and my first daughter like to play GBA at PC. Maybe because the
screen is much bigger and the sound is better.

To play GBA at PC you need an emulator. You can easily find it in Internet.
After you install the GBA emulator at your PC, the second step is to grab the game.
The game is known as GBA Roms. Many game tittle had a GBA format.
Although some may look out of date, is still addictive for my family.

May because the game is simple and suitable for kids. Also easy game play too.

I want to share some of the Roms. Many website also share Roms too.
