Work fun : Exercise at work














Dear blogger ;

For you who spend most of your time behind desk at work, exercise at work may look impossible.
But when the tension raise and you haven't do any sport for the past week, you'll lost your work mood. Feeling exhausted and fatigue all over your body.

What is the solution ?

For me, doing a short 10 - 15 minute of exercise around my work desk is the solution.
This light exercise prove to me to relief stress and fatigue between the work tension.
Here is what me and our friend at BNI 1946 Bank usually do :

1.BACK STRETCHING

Stand behind your work chair and grab your upper area of the chair.
Slowly down your hip a few centimeter until your back and knee stretched.
Hold this position a few second.

2. WRIST STRETCHING

Sit at your chair, raise your both arm level with the shoulder.
Then join your left and right palm together.
Push the palms repeatedly. Push forward, left and right.

3. LEG STRETCHING

Position like the back stretching.
But this time, raise your right foot about 30 cm above the ground.
Hold it for about 2 minute.
Then do it the same with your left foot.

4. ARM STRETCHING

Sit and relax at your chair.
Straighten your left arm to the side in line with shoulder.
Put your right arm above your head with the elbow made 90 degree angle.
Hold it for one minute.
Do the same with your right arm.

OTHER RELAXING TIPS :

Drinking water at least 8 glass a day.
Eat fruit as a snack.
Listen to soft music.
